Sheep or Goat

Sheep and goats provide people in rural Haiti with an income. These animals become the savings account of a family. The animals are able to feed off the grass and weeds that grow in this semi-arid land. As the animals grow and reproduce, the family’s savings grow. A family can raise a goat or a sheep and pay a child’s school tuition for a semester.
